Privacy notice

What we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), trip details (dates, airports, group composition and ages, budget, preferences, accessibility needs), messages you send us, and any documents you upload.
Why we collect it
To prepare a personalised Umrah proposal, to answer your questions, and to pass your chosen itinerary to an ATOL-protected fulfilment partner so your booking can be completed.
Who can see it
You, and the advisers and administrators working on your request. Access is enforced by our systems, not by convention. Your chosen itinerary and traveller details are shared with the fulfilment partner only after you select an option.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is active, and afterwards only where we must for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.
